C-Cut Starter: Simple and easy to operate.
C-Cut starter imports geometry via DXF, and the geometry is easily
converted into a machine file. A Post Processor Generator is included,
to adapt to any cutting machine.
C-Cut Light: C-Cut Light offers full Geometry
where the parts can be created or imported. The parts are cut quickly
with leads and additional functions in the Geocut module. The Geometry
includes dimensioning, cutting Text of any font, shape and size,
and cutting Scanned pictures. Also included are over 50 standard
shapes.
Level 1 - Basic: For better cutting results
and organization. In level 1, the user stores his parts in Models,
which are organized libraries of parts with their attributes.. Parts
from the Models are sorted and entered in Orders, nested manually
and cut automatically and/or manually. There is a large selection
of leads for parts external, internal and small hole cutting.
For Level 2 there is a choice of Automatic, Manual
and Professional. The Generic Post includes features to improve
cutting.
Level 2 - Automatic: The program creates the
Orders automatically and nests and cuts the parts automatically.
The automatic nesting is an efficient true shape automatic with
nesting in internal holes. The Automatic Nesting and Cutting include
features to insure good cutting of the parts.
Level 2 - Manual: Required for companies that
want to reach a high degree of material utilization, better quality
for their parts and savings in consumables. Creating the machine
files, with features like advanced manual nesting, common line cutting
and continuous cutting, involves more expertise and time, but the
results are better and complex jobs can be handled easily.
Level 2 - Professional: Combines the ease
of the Automatic operation with the flexibility and features of
the Manual features for better material utilization and higher quality
parts.
Level 3 - Advanced Management: Level 3 offers
a high degree of managing the parts and controlling the output of
C-Cut, for machine files and reports. With Advanced Management,
almost all the attributes in the program for nesting, cutting or
Posts, like kerf, leads and feeds, are parametric and can be made
to depend on material, thickness, machine type or Post specifications.
Parts can be better sorted, parts can be better cut and custom part
cost reports generated.
Post Generator: For all levels, C-Cut offers
a Post Processor Generator as standard. With the Post Processor
Generator the user can create a new Post or modify an existing one.
From Level 1 upwards the Post can be used to read any machine file
into the geometry. From Level 2, the post includes features to improve
the cutting
Option - Parametric Shape Library: The simple
parametric shapes are standard. The 3-D parametric shapes are an
option. A strong feature of this option is the ability to generate
parametric shapes by using a very simple language and procedure.
Option - Bevel Cutting: C-Cut developed new
bevel cutting procedures and software for bevel data preparation
and bevel cutting. Bevel data preparation was reduced from days
to hours and bevel cutting became simpler and more accurate.
Option - Tube Cutting: This option is to be
used with machines that have rotating axis to cut tubes. The user
can cut, mill and weld holes of standard and DXF defined holes in
tubes. The holes can be cut in an offset and angle from the tube
axis. There is also a 3D-Viewer option, to view the cut tubes.
